The American travel advice company, TripAdvisor, is actively fighting against false reviews submitted to its platform. More than 67% of false reviews were detected before they were published in 2020 by the pre-publication algorithm, according to the 2nd transparency report produced by the company. There are still almost one million false reviews, or 3.6% of the total number of messages.
